As agents who live and work in Northern Virginia we recognize that what we do each day has a tremendous impact on the lives of our clients. Homeownership not only defines the “American Dream,” it’s the place where life happens every single day, and we are proud to be part of that process. We are grateful to make a living each day working with clients who are investing in their dreams and in Northern Virginia.
Not everyone living in this area, per capita one of the most affluent in the country, is as fortunate as those who are able to buy or even rent homes here. When Integrity Real Estate Group was founded, we committed to a fundamental core value of giving back to the communities where we work and live. We elected to not follow the standard industry practice of charging clients a per-transaction administrative fee. Instead, our agents contribute a portion of their commissions for each settled real estate transaction to a pool of funds designated for contribution to local nonprofit organizations. At the end of each year we donate the funds to grass roots charities that are making a difference in the lives of others.
As we celebrate and begin our thirteenth year in business at Integrity, we are honored and proud to contribute to these organizations who are so dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others, and we are grateful to our clients who make these donations possible. Your continued confidence and trust in us helps us continue to grow and give back to the community.
We choose “grass-roots” charities because many non-profit organizations have become so large that only a very small portion of donated funds actually go to supporting their missions. We choose to contribute to those who are focused solely on the recipients of their services where the most good can be accomplished.
In 2018 contributions were made by our agents to the following 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations:
Boulder Crest Retreat www.bouldercrestretreat.org: Provides recovery help to wounded veterans and their families.
The Brain Foundation of Fairfax County www.brainfoundation.org: Provides housing for those suffering from brain disease or injury.
